Sebastian acquired his MSc in neuroscience from Kings College London and his Ph.D. in cell biology from the University of Ottawa. He's driven by how democratizing cell biology will drive the next generation of discoveries. He's also an avid ultra-long distance cyclist.
David Sean earned his PhD in computational Bio-Physics at the University of Ottawa for his work on DNA translocation. He spent some time in Stuttgart Germany as a postdoc at the Institute for Computational Physics working on, amongst other things, the open-source simulation package ESPResSO. He tinkers with everything he can get his hands on, especially all things cooking and music production. If he's not hacking his rice cooker, you'll find him busy working on a microscope.
Christian is a Carleton University graduate in computer engineering. He is passionate about solving problems and thinking critically from first principles. Christian enjoys working on side projects in the field of short-range telecommunications and real-time embedded design. He hopes to become the catalyst for the next technological paradigm shift.
Paul is approaching the end of his degree in computer science at the University of Ottawa. His interest in technology stems from his continuous desire for innovation, which drew him towards entrepreneurship. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing the guitar, writing music and rock climbing.
